The Company

 Founded in May 1996 by its two current partners, the Company's client list includes Royal Caribbean Cruises, Ltd; Abacus Research, CH; Kemper National Insurance, Inc.; Greenhouse Technologies, Inc.; Certified Vacations, Inc.; Castellum Technologies, Inc.; and Albatros Travel, Inc. 

 Each of these clients has had varying requests for our services, ranging from maintenance work to full-scale application development. Most of our clients have been with us since the beginning. With 16 years of job experience each, the partners have a practical, quality approach to development projects, solid technical backgrounds, broad business knowledge and the ability to work well with all levels of personnel and management.

 Adam Graham

  • 18 years experience in software development, since 1987

  • Prior work history: 1 year  intern programmer for Pan American Airlines; 1 year as a Programmer at IntraCorp Inc. (Programming, Documentation; Coordinating Beta testing; Tech. Support); 2 ˝ years as a Programmer/Analyst for GREAT WESTERN BANK (Hardware/Software support and programming); 2 ˝ years as a Senior Technical Support Specialist for Data Access Corp. (provided technical support to programmers using Dataflex, the company's Object Oriented 4GL DBMS); 1 year as Technical Services Director at PFX Corp. (Sales support, programming) and then 1 year as a Programmer/Analyst at the sister company Abacus Labs, Inc. (Programming, Linux Administration).

 Lesley Ann Lee Yuen
  • 18 years experience in software development, since 1987
  •  B.S. degree in Computer Science

  • Project management, working toward Project+ certification
  • Full SDLC experience -- Analysis and design, specifications, programming, quality assurance, training, documentation, implementation and support
  • Job experience:  1-year internship at Pan American Airlines; 7 years at Royal Caribbean Cruises Ltd as a Systems Analyst with management of AS/400- and PC-based Human Resources Information Systems (for crew and corporate employees) and network administration;  1 year of consulting experience and 5 years in commercial HR/Payroll software development with Ultimate Software Group, initially as a Quality Assurance Analyst for 1 year and then as a Technical Product Manager for 4 years. Product Development of areas such as the Security module, the Database design, the Audit Service, the Import/Export engines, the Data dictionary and other system utilities, the Product Installers and the Customization Tool.
  • Partner in Erin Bay Associates since 1996, involved in the company’s operations and consulting on the development projects. Since May 2002, has taken on a more dedicated role in the company’s projects.
